SBG Securities wins Best Brokerage, IPO of The Year Awards

SBG Securities, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stanbic Holdings Plc, has been named the Best Securities Brokerage firm in Kenya at the 2016 Think Business Investment Awards.


The company has also won the IPO award of the Year, in its role as the lead sponsoring broker and lead placement agent for the first I-REIT Listing at the Nairobi Securities Exchange - the Stanlib Fahari I-REIT.


Commenting on the awards, outgoing SBG Securities Chief Executive, Nkoregamba Mwebesa said the awards were a testament to the quality of the firm’s unique customized solutions across markets and its position as the financial advisor of choice in Kenya and the East African region.
