Card qualifying criteria
  • Must be Client of Executive Banking Segment and HNW Segment
  • Minimum Gross Salary: KES 15,000
  • Minimum Banking Period: 1 month
  • Must be issued a World or World Elite Credit Card
  • Age:21-80
  • Critical illness ceases at 60
  • Above 65 customers will be covered for deaths benefit at age based rates
  • The Insurance cover benefits will cease for individuals above 80 Yrs
  • Cash cover required for above 80 Yrs customers

How to access the lounge
  1. Download and Register: Download the Mastercard Travel Pass app and register your eligible Mastercard card

  3. Present Digital Pass: Present your digital membership QR for Mastercard DragonPass at the lounge entrance for access
