Ms Nancy Kiruki was appointed as the Company Secretary on 5th October 2022.

Prior to joining Stanbic Bank Kenya Limited, she was the Director, Legal and Company Secretary at Britam Holdings Plc. Ms. Kiruki is a corporate governance expert with over 20 years’ experience spanning the financial services industry. She holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Law (LLM) from University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.  She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Public Secretary and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya.  In addition, she currently serves as the Company Secretary of Stanbic Bank Kenya Limited, SBG Securities Limited, Stanbic Bancassurance Intermediary Limited, Stanbic Nominees Limited and SBG Securities Nominees Limited.
