Finding a Lounge
Not all airports or terminals have a participating lounge. To check availability, search for lounges by airport, city, or terminal using the Mastercard Airport Experiences website or appstore or playstore mobile app, where you can also view lounge locations, amenities, operating hours, and entry conditions.

How to Access a Lounge
You can access participating lounges in two simple ways:

• Present your eligible Stanbic Mastercard at the lounge and mention LoungeKey, or
• Show your digital lounge access code, available after registering on the Mastercard Airport Experiences website or app.

If You Experience Access Issues
If a lounge is unfamiliar with the programme, simply ask the staff to process your entry using “LoungeKey” and present your eligible Mastercard or digital lounge access code. If access is still denied, support is available through the Help section on the website or app.

Guests and Usage Policies

• Lounge access is non transferable and only available to the cardholder named on the Mastercard.
• Guest access, length of stay, and child entry policies vary by lounge and are set by the individual lounge operator.
• Where applicable, any lounge visit or guest fees will be charged directly to your Mastercard by LoungeKey and reflected on your statement as LOUNGEKEY.COM.

Charges and Receipts
Details of your lounge visits, charges, and downloadable receipts are available in the History section of your online account or app. Pre authorisations may be applied to verify your card and released if your visit is complimentary.
