CPA Dorcas F. Kombo was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 12 January 2018.

CPA Kombo has extensive experience in restructuring both public and private organizations across Africa. She is a Fellow, Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, an Associate for the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya and a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya. 

CPA Kombo also serves on the boards of Hospital Holdings Investment B.V. as IFC Nominee Director of each of its subsidiaries, being AAR Hospital Nairobi, AAR Health Care Clinics Kenya and AAR Health Care Clinics Uganda. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Telkom Kenya Limited and previously served in a similar capacity on the board of Kenya Electricity Generating Company Limited (KENGEN). CPA Kombo has since had an illustrious professional career in audit and management consultancy as well as leadership at board level.
